A few years back we were approached by the forward-thinking leaders at the Empire State Building about how to use a mobile app to drive additional tourism to its coalition of allied attractions in Midtown Manhattan. Our idea: a series of bespoke walking tours through this amazing neighborhood, each designed to help you get the most from the biggest “bang for your buck” neighborhood in NYC – nowhere else can you find world-famous landmarks around every corner.
To make these walks feel premium, we designed unique branding for each tour inspired by vintage travel posters. These illustrations and the rest of the app helped thousands of users discover and enjoy all the can’t miss attractions in Midtown.
